هذا الكتاب هو الجزء الثالث والأخير من سلسلة البحوث الفقهية حول التقية في فقه أهل البيت عليهم السلام، والتي كان يتفضل بها سماحة الأستاذ آية الله الحاج الشيخ مسلم الداوري دام ظله في بحثه اليومي في الحوزرة العلمية.
ويضم الكتاب بين دفتيه بقية المباحث الفقهية، التي اشتملت على أحكام التقية وهي: النكاح، والطلاق، والمكاسب، والصيد، والذباحة، والفرائض، وما يلحق بها من مباحث كما يضم خ هذا الكتاب هو الجزء الثالث والأخير من سلسلة البحوث الفقهية حول التقية في فقه أهل البيت عليهم السلام، والتي كان يتفضل بها سماحة الأستاذ آية الله الحاج الشيخ مسلم الداوري دام ظله في بحثه اليومي في الحوزرة العلمية.
ويضم الكتاب بين دفتيه بقية المباحث الفقهية، التي اشتملت على أحكام التقية وهي: النكاح، والطلاق، والمكاسب، والصيد، والذباحة، والفرائض، وما يلحق بها من مباحث كما يضم خاتمة تشتمل على ذكر بقية مستثنيات التقية.
ومما يجدر الإشارة إليه أن هذا الجزء قد تميز بالتوسع في عرض أدلة العامة ومناقشتها على ضوء المباني الفقهية والرجالية المعتمدة لديهم، مضافًا إلى مقارنتها بالمباني العلمية الدقيقة التي يعتمدها فقهاء شيعة آل محمد صلى الله عليه وآله، وكانت حصيلة ذلك نتائج مهمة تعين الباحثين في الفقه المقارن.
فقد تناول الكتاب مسألة المتعة أو النكاح المنقطع واستعرض فيها الجانبين التاريخي والاجتماعي عدا الجانبين الفقهي والروائي ورصد جميع أدلتها، ومثلها موضوع الطلاق بمسائله الخلافية المتعددة، وهكذا تناول الكتاب موضوع الغناء وبيان حدوده وموارده والأحكام المتعلقة به. وبحث الكتاب مسألة سوق المسلمين واضعا في الاعتبار أنها من أكثر المسائل ابتلاء وغموضا في زماننا. واحتل موضوع الإرث ولا سيما مسألتا التعصيب والعول نصيبًا كبيرًا من الكتاب.
