محمد بن ناصر العبودي (1345 هـ - 1930م) أديب ومؤلف ورحال سعودي ولد في مدينة بريدة، ويشغل منصب الأمين العام المساعد لرابطة العالم الإسلامي.
أتاح له عمله في الرابطة زيارة معظم أصقاع العالم، فكان لمشاهداته العديدة وإطلاعاته أن تثمر أكثر من مائة وستين كتاباً في أدب الرحلات.
منح ميدالية الاستحقاق في الأدب عام 1394 هـ، 1974م.
مؤلفاته على الرغم من أن تعليم الشيخ محمد بن ناصر العبودي كان تعليماً دينياٌ في مجال الشريعة الإسلامية.
إلا أن معظم مؤلفاته كانت أدبية، ويصب الجانب الأكبر منها في مجال أدب الرحالات حيث يعتبر من الرواد في هذا المجال في السعودية, والجزء الآخر من مؤلفاته في مجال اللغة, وقد بلغ عدد مؤلفاته المطبوعة قرابة 128 كتاباً ويوجد لديه حوالي 100 كتاب آخر لا يزال مخطوطاً ينتظر الطبع.
لة 125 كتاباً في الرحلات و15 كتاباً في الدعوة و 15 كتاباً في الأدب واللفة.
