كتبت هذه القصة بشكل مختصر وتعمدت ألا أطيل في الكتابة بدون داعي وليس بها احصائيات دقيقة عن موضوع الصيام الطبي أو ما يسمى "صيام الماء" وإنما مجرد تجربة مررت بها وأحببت أن أحكي لكم بشكل قصصي ما مررت به في التجربة وما هي المميزات التي حصلت عليها .
أثناء كتابتي لهذه السطور في شهر 6 لسنة 2018 عزمت على تكرار الصوم هذا ولمدة 30 يوماً قبل انقضاء هذا العام بل وأشعر كثيراً با مقدمة

في البداية أريد منك أيها القارئ أن تصدق أنني انقطعت عن الطعام لمدة 15 يوماً متتالية كنت فيها أشرب الماء فقط وهذه قصتي أنا شخصياً لا أحكيها عن شخص آخر .
