لا أدري لماذا كلما يمر عليّ اسم ""تل الزعتر"" لا أتصور إلا غماماً أسود من القهر قد خيم فوق هذا المخيم. عائلات تعيش في بؤس مدقع لا يماثله فقر في العالم. أكواخ من صفيح، أناس ملتصقون على هذه التلة في هذه المدينة المحترقة يتذكرون ويحلمون، حكاياتهم وإن تعددت أطرها واحدة. الفقر يلونها، بؤر خضراء تنبت فيها، ضحكات خنقتها سنوات اليأس، فبات الحزن يلف الأكواخ بوشاح أسود، تتسابق عليهم نجوم سرمدية تطل ببريقها ضجرى. تحت هذه النجوم كانت ""سعدة""كزهرة من زهرات هذا المخيم الكئيب . تنبض بنار الحاجة والبعد عن الأهل والوطن. ترنو إلى النجوم صامتة راضية بالقهر المفروض، تحضن بجناحيها أولادها الأربعة، تحدق في وجوههم،تمسح بيدها على شعر أبنتها الكفيفة، تداعب بابتسامة جذلى ذقن إبنها البكر، تقص عليهم حكايات جميلة .
