ﻓﺈن اﻟﻤﺮء ﻳﺘﺴﺎءل ﻋﻦ أﺳﺒﺎب إﺣﺠﺎم اﻟﺪول واﻷﻓﺮاد ﻋﻦ اﻷﺧﺬ ﺑﺸﺮع ﷲ ﺑﻞ رده ورﻓﻀﻪ وﻣﺤﺎرﺑﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻳﺘﺒﻨﻰ ذﻟﻚ ﺣﺮﺑﺎً ﺷﻌﻮاء ﻻ ھﻮادة ﻓﯿﮫﺎ، وﺗﺴﺨﯿﺮ اﻹﻣﻜﺎﻧﺎت ﻛﻠﮫﺎ ﻟﮫﺬه اﻟﺤﺮب ﻣﻦ أﻣﻮال وإﻋﻼم، وإذا ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻧﻔﻘﺎت اﻷﻣﻮال ﻣﺨﻔﯿﺔ ﻓﺈن وﺳﺎﺋﻞ اﻹﻋﻼم ظﺎھﺮة ﻣﻜﺸﻮﻓﺔ ﺗﻌﻠﻦ اﻟﺤﺮب ﻟﯿﻼً وﻧﮫﺎراً ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﺘﺰﻣﯿﻦ ﻟﻀﺮب أوﻟﺌﻚ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ، وﻻ ﺷﻚ ﻓﺈن ھﻨﺎك أﺣﻘﺎداً دﻓﯿﻨﺔ ﺗﺸﺤﻨﮫﺎ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻤﺮار ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﺠﮫﺎت، وھﻨﺎك ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺢ وأھﻮاء، وھﻨﺎك رﻏﺒﺎت وﺷﮫﻮات، وھﻨﺎك ﺣﺴﺪاً ﺑﺸﺮع ﷲ، وﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻟﮫﻢ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻟﺘﮫﻢ، وﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﻳﺘﻌﺎون أﺻﺤﺎب اﻟﻘﺮارات ﻋﻠﻰ رﺳﻢ اﻟﻤﺨﻄﻄﺎت ﻟﮫﺬه اﻟﺤﺮب، وﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﺎت اﻟﺴﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺤﺎوﻻت وﻋﺼﺒﯿﺎت. أﻋﻠﻨﺖ اﻟﺤﺮب ﺻﺮاﺣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺠﮫﺎت ﻛﺎﻓﺔ وﻣﻦ اﻟﺠﺒﮫﺎت ﻋﺎﻣﺔ، وﻣﻊ ﺿﻌﻔﮫﻢ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺻﻤﺪوا، وﺻﺒﺮوا، واﺣﺘﺴﺒﻮا ﻓﺼﻌﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻷﻋﺪاء أن ﻳﺮوا ھﺬا اﻟﺼﻤﻮد، رﻏﻢ أﻧﻪ أﻣﺮ طﺒﯿﻌﻲ ﻓﻤﻦ ذا اﻟﺬي ﻻ ﻳﺪاﻓﻊ ﻋﻦ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ إذا اﻋﺘﺪي ﻋﻠﯿﻪ، وﻣﻦ ذا اﻟﺬي ﻻ ﻳﺜﻮر، وﻻ ﻳﻐﻀﺐ إذا أھﯿﻦ، وﻻ ﻳﺜﺄر إذا اﻏﺘﺼﺐ ﻋﺮﺿﻪ، أو اﻧﺘﮫﺐ ﻣﺎﻟﻪ أو ﻗﺘﻞ أھﻠﻪ، أو اﻋﺘﺪي ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺮﻣﺎﺗﻪ. وﻛﻞ ھﺬا ﻗﺪ ﻟﺤﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ ﻏﯿﺮ أن ﺧﺼﻮﻣﮫﻢ ﻳﺮﻳﺪون ﻣﻨﮫﻢ اﻻﺳﺘﺴﻼم وإﻻ ﻓﮫﻢ إرھﺎﺑﯿﻮن وﻣﺘﻄﺮﻓﻮن وھﺬا ﻣﺎ ﻳﺠﺮي ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺴﺎﺣﺔ اﻟﯿﻮم. واﻟﻐﺮض ﻣﻦ ھﺬا اﻟﻜﺘﯿﺐ ﺗﻮﺿﯿﺢ اﻷﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺠﻌﻞ اﻟﻮﺣﻮش اﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻳﺮدون ﺷﺮع ﷲ، وﻳﻌﺘﺪون ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ، وﻳﺸﻨﻮن ﻋﻠﯿﮫﻢ ﺣﺮﺑﺎً، وﻳﺮﺗﻜﺒﻮن ﺑﺤﻘﮫﻢ أﺑﺸﻊ اﻟﺠﺮاﺋﻢ، وﻳﻄﻠﺒﻮن ﻣﻨﮫﻢ ﺑﻌﺪھﺎ اﻟﺴﻜﻮت واﻻﺳﺘﺴﻼم، وھﺬا ﻻ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ أن ﺗﻘﺒﻠﻪ أدﻧﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮﻳﺎت اﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ. ﻓﺎﻟﻌﻨﻒ ﻻ ﻳﻮﻟﺪ إﻻ ﻋﻨﻔﺎً، واﻟﻀﺒﻂ ﻻ ﻳﻤﻜﻦ إﻻ أن ﻳﺆدي إﻟﻰ اﻧﻔﺠﺎر، واﻻﻋﺘﺪاءات ﻻ ﻳﻌﻘﺒﮫﺎ إﻻ رد ﻓﻌﻞ
