بدالمنعم رمضان أحمد حسن عبيد (مصر).
ولد عام 1951 بالقاهرة.
تخرج في كلية التجارة بجامعة عين شمس - قسم إدارة الأعمال 1976.
متفرغ للإبداع الشعري.
شارك في تأسيس جماعة (أصوات) التي أصدرت بعض الدواوين والأعمال الإبداعية, كما أصدرت في أواخر الثمانينيات مجلة (الكتابة السوداء) التي لم تستمر وتوقفت بعد عدد واحد.
واهتمت الجماعة أيضاً بالآداب المكتوبة في الأربعينيات, وترجمة المكتوب منها بالفرنسية, وخاصة جورج حنين.
بدأ ينشر شعره عام 1974.
دواوينه الشعرية: الحلم ظل الوقت, الحلم ظل المسافة 1980- الغبار 1994 - قبل الماء..
فوق الحافة 1994 - لماذا أيها الماضي تنام في حديقتي 1995 - غريب على العائلة 2000 - بعيدا عن الكائنات 2000.
حصل على جائزة المنتدى الثقافي اللبناني في باريس 1998, وجائزة كفافيس 2000.
ممن كتبوا عنه: جابر عصفور, وصبري حافظ, ومحمود أمين العالم, وصلاح فضل.

لا أحبُّ العصافيرَ تأخذُ حصّتها في الصباح، وتتركُ لي قفصاً واسعاً حول جسْمِي وبعضَ المساميرِ، تتركُ لي قطعتْين من الرّيح، تصلحُ أن تلتقي كلُّها خلفَ ظهري، غداً حين أحملُ منفضتي، سوف آمُر حاميتى أنْ تنامَ على حافة الأفق، سوف أكلفُها أن تعلِّقَ سلمها في الهواءِ، ليهبطَ منه الإلهُ القديـم ُ،سنمْشِي إلى الصّمْت، سوف أقول :
هنا جسَدي البربريُّ... هنالك مَمْلكتي..، فتقدَّمْ، ودمِّرْ أماكنَ أحْلامِنَا، دون أن تتلكأ عند المحطات، مُرْ تابعِيك بأن يلهثوا خلف آونةٍ لا تنامُ، جميعاً سنفتحُ أقفاصَ رغْبتنا، بعدما تدخـلُ الريحُ، نُغلقها، ونطيرُ معاً في اتجاه السماءِ الوحيدةِ .
