بدالمنعم رمضان أحمد حسن عبيد (مصر).
ولد عام 1951 بالقاهرة.
تخرج في كلية التجارة بجامعة عين شمس - قسم إدارة الأعمال 1976.
متفرغ للإبداع الشعري.
شارك في تأسيس جماعة (أصوات) التي أصدرت بعض الدواوين والأعمال الإبداعية, كما أصدرت في أواخر الثمانينيات مجلة (الكتابة السوداء) التي لم تستمر وتوقفت بعد عدد واحد.
واهتمت الجماعة أيضاً بالآداب المكتوبة في الأربعينيات, وترجمة المكتوب منها بالفرنسية, وخاصة جورج حنين.
بدأ ينشر شعره عام 1974.
دواوينه الشعرية: الحلم ظل الوقت, الحلم ظل المسافة 1980- الغبار 1994 - قبل الماء..
فوق الحافة 1994 - لماذا أيها الماضي تنام في حديقتي 1995 - غريب على العائلة 2000 - بعيدا عن الكائنات 2000.
حصل على جائزة المنتدى الثقافي اللبناني في باريس 1998, وجائزة كفافيس 2000.
ممن كتبوا عنه: جابر عصفور, وصبري حافظ, ومحمود أمين العالم, وصلاح فضل.

"أخشى أن أرتاد الشارع وحدي، أخشى أن يسألني العسكر، أين بطاقتك الشخصية؟ هذي هل تحمل في جيبك صورة من نعنيه؟ أفتش لا لا أحمل هل تعرفه؟ أعرف كان يغطيني في الليل، وفي المدرسة يقدم لي أحلاماً وأناشيد وبسكوتاً وفطيراً كان يطالبني أن أمشي فوق يديه وأن أعتاد على أصوات الكورس لما اقتربت رأسي من أكتاف الضابط كنت أراها لامعة لم أعرف أن الضابط يشبهه كم عمرك؟ منذ قليل كانت أيامي تتسع ولا أرصدها منذ قليل كنت أتم الستة عشر وأخشى أن أتركها لما مر الشهر الرابع بعد الستة عشر انقلبت سفني هل تعرفه؟ أعرف كان يغطيني في الليل ولما انقلبت سفني جاء إلي كثيراً دق علي الباب ولم أفتحه انتظر ولم أفتحه انصرف وحاول أن يتجول فوق الماء وكان الماء إذا أبصره يبدو كالوتر المشدود ولما سار عليه تكشف عن أخدود حاول أن يتجول فوق ندى الكلمات فمات هل تعرفه؟ أعرف كان يغطيني في الليل ولما مات سعيت إليه أشيعه وبكيت كثيراً كنت أخاف على أحلامي أن يستيقظ ثانية ويعود".
"وتركوا قرب الباب حذائي بعد قليل جاءت أيامي واجتمعت كنت أراها أكبر من أيامي الأولى بعد قليل عادت أيامي ثانية صنعت ظلا يشبه ناريمان وظلا آخر تشبهه درية قلت يكون الشاهد مثل بنفسجة عذراء".
