بدالمنعم رمضان أحمد حسن عبيد (مصر).
ولد عام 1951 بالقاهرة.
تخرج في كلية التجارة بجامعة عين شمس - قسم إدارة الأعمال 1976.
متفرغ للإبداع الشعري.
شارك في تأسيس جماعة (أصوات) التي أصدرت بعض الدواوين والأعمال الإبداعية, كما أصدرت في أواخر الثمانينيات مجلة (الكتابة السوداء) التي لم تستمر وتوقفت بعد عدد واحد.
واهتمت الجماعة أيضاً بالآداب المكتوبة في الأربعينيات, وترجمة المكتوب منها بالفرنسية, وخاصة جورج حنين.
بدأ ينشر شعره عام 1974.
دواوينه الشعرية: الحلم ظل الوقت, الحلم ظل المسافة 1980- الغبار 1994 - قبل الماء..
فوق الحافة 1994 - لماذا أيها الماضي تنام في حديقتي 1995 - غريب على العائلة 2000 - بعيدا عن الكائنات 2000.
حصل على جائزة المنتدى الثقافي اللبناني في باريس 1998, وجائزة كفافيس 2000.
ممن كتبوا عنه: جابر عصفور, وصبري حافظ, ومحمود أمين العالم, وصلاح فضل.

سأدخل الغرفة، سوف أحتمي بالسقف والجدران، أفتح الشبّاك كي يظل البحر في مكانه، وكي يظل الساحل البعيد، والبيوت والأشجار، في مكانها، تفصل بين جلد الماء والسماء، قارب مستوحش يمر قرب فجوة والتركواز غارق في نفسه، كأنه مسافر للتو، أو كأنه عجينة أعدها الله ولم تزل ساخنة أجهّز الكرسي.
