محمد رضوان، هو كاتب وصحافي مغربي، حاصل على دكتوراة الدولة في العلوم السياسية من جامعة الحسن الثاني بالدار البيضاء (المغرب)، وشارك في دورات دراسية بالمعهد الدولي لحقوق الإنسان بستراسبورغ (فرنسا)، وأكاديمية لاهاي للقانون الدولي والعلاقات الدولية (هولندة)، فضلا عن مشاركته في ندوات داخل المغرب وخارجه.
وهو إلى نشاطه العلمي، يشتغل الكاتب في حقل الصحافة منذ أزيد من 20 عاما بوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء (وكالة الأنباء المغربية).
وللمؤلف إصدارات علمية متعددة، منها كتاب "منازعات الحدود في العالم العربي"، الصادر عن دار النشر إفريقيا الشرق (1996)، وكتاب "المبادئ العامة للقانون الدولي الإنساني والعدالة الدولية"، دار النشر إفريقيا الشرق (2010)، وكتاب "أوهام الغرب عن الإسلام، بحث في جذور معاداة الثقافة الإسلامية في الغرب"، مطبعة الأندلس بالدار البيضاء (2013)، إلى جانب طبعة إلكترونية لنفس الكتاب صدرت عن إحدى دور النشر الإلكترونية بلندن (بريطانيا).

اكتسب الشاعر عبد الحميد الديب مكانة خاصة في تاريخ الشعر العربي المعاصر , باعتباره شاعرا بائسا متمردا أشهر قلمة في وجه مجتمعه وعصره لأنه عانى من الظلم الوانا.
ولذلك كان لابد أن يتناوله قلم ينقب ويدرس ويحلل , فكان قلم الأديب محمد رضوان بمنهجه النفسى فى أدب السير والتراجم الذى نفذ به إلى أعماق الديب وأستطاع أن يتوصل إلى مفتاح شخصيته هذا الشاعر البائس المغبون وهو ( التمرد ) .. التمرد على ذاته وعلى مجتمعة وعصره والرفض لكل ما هو قائم , في سبيل بناء مجتمع جديد يخلو من الظلم والانتئات.
وكأن تمرد الديب ومقاومته للظلم بسلاح الهجاء الساخر الذى وجد فيه متنفسا للتعبير عن إحساسه المرير بظلم المجتمع وقسوة الناس.
فاذا كان البعض يأخذ على الديب أسلوبة الجارح إلى الساخر في التعبير عن افكاره وفلسفته فلأنه كان جريح القلب , يرسل أناته وعواءه لتعبر عن مأساة بؤسه.
