هذا المؤلف يشتمل على ما يأتي: شرح تفصيلي لنصوص القانون 1 لسنة 2000 والقوانين السارية والمكملة له ومذكراتها الإيضاحية ولوائحها التنفيذية وتشريعات الدول العربية وتطبيقات محكمة النقض والدستورية والمشكلات والدفوع وأحدث الصيغ وذلك فيما يلي: أولًا: شرح القانون رقم 1 لسنة 2000 بشأن تنظيم بعض أوضاع وإجراءات التقاضي في مسائل الأحوال الشخصية ومذكرته الإيضاحية والقرارات التنفيذية ومشكلاته العملية، ثانيًا: شرح التشريعات الموضوعية السارية والمكملة للقانون 1 لسنة 2000 وهي القوانين أرقام 25 لسنة 1920 بشأن أحكام النفقة و25 لسنة 1929 ببعض أحكام الأحوال الشخصية و100 لسنة 1985 بتعديل بعض أحكام قوانين الأحوال الشخصية و33 لسنة 1992 بتعديل بعض أحكام المرسوم بقانون 25 لسنة 1929 والمرسوم بقانون 119 لسنة 1952 بأحكام الولاية على المال والمرسوم بقانون 118 لسنة 1952 بتقرير حالات سلب الولاية والقانون 3 لسنة 1996 بتنظيم دعوى الحسبة والقرار 3369 لسنة 1985 بشأن أوضاع إعلان الطلاق وقرار وزير العدل بلائحة المأذونين، ثالثًا: شرح قانون المواريث رقم 77 لسنة 1943 والوصايا رقم 71 لسنة 1946 والوقف رقم 48 لسنة 1946 وتطبيقات محكمة النقض المصرية في هذا الشأن, رابعًا: النصوص الكاملة لتشريعات الأحوال الشخصية لغير المسلمين وتطبيقات النقض، خامسًا: نصوص التعليمات القضائية للنيابات الخاصة بالأحوال الشخصية لسنة 1975، سادسًا: جميع النصوص الكاملة للتشريعات الملغاة بنص القانون 1 لسنة 2000، سابعًا: تطبيقات محكمة النقض والدستورية والمشكلات والدفوع والصيغ القانونية.
