ثانيًا: الأصول التشريعية لقوانين الأحوال الشخصية للمصريين غير المسلمين وهي (لائحة الأقباط الأرثوذكس ومجموعة الأرمن الأرثوذكس ولائحة الزواج والطلاق والبائنة للروم الأرثوذكس ومجموعة السريان الأرثوذكس وشريعة الكاثوليك وقانون الطائفة الإنجيلية وقانون المجلس العمومي للطوائف الإنجيلية واللائحة الداخلية للمجلس الإنجيلي العام والأحكام الشرعية للإسرائيليين ولائحة الموثقين المنتدبين ومشروع قانون الأحوال الشخصية الموحد لجميع الطوائف المسيحية في مصر وتعليمات النيابات والكتب الدورية), ثالثًا: تطبيقات النقض والإدارية والدستورية بشأن منازعات الأحوال الشخصية لغير المسلمين والأجانب منذ إنشائها وحتى الآن والمشكلات العملية والصيغ القانونية المختلفة.
