يستعرض هذا الكتاب المشاكل الجنسية على درجاتها، ويوفر للقارئ معلومات طبية دقيقة عنها كلها وإزالتها، وهو أيضاً ضرورة لا غنى عنها لجميع الذين يعانون مشاكل جنسية، أو من يتوهمون ذلك، وتعمم فائدته جميع الناس لأنه قد يخدم كصمام أمان لديهم. وحتى يفهم العامة والخاصة معلومات هذا الكتاب توخي المؤلف في تصنيفه تبسيط المعلومات كي يستطيع فهما كل قارئ مهما تفاوتت ثقافته، وعلاوة على شرح جهاز الرجل التناسلي وتبيان عمله وتوضيح جهاز المرأة التناسلي وبيان ارتباط تجاوبها الجنسي ارتباطاً وثيقاً بالرجل. يشرح هذا الكتاب أسباب الأمراض الجنسية التي يعاني منها الإنسان وأسباب الانحراف الجنسي الذي كثر في السنوات الأخيرة. وأخيراً لا أخراً فهو لا يشرح بأسلوب سهل طريقة معالجة العقم، ومشاكل الجنس عند الرجل ويحاول بقدر المستطاع إيجاد دواء لكل مرض أما أهداف هذا الكتاب الأساسية فهي: أولاً إنه يجيب بوضوح عن الأسئلة التي تخطر لكل من يعاني مشاكل جنسية تملأ حياته اضطراباً وخجلاً وما يتبع ذلك من يأس. ثانياً انه يزيح الستار عن أسباب المشاكل الجنسية ويسلط الضوء على القضايا المظلمة التي تحيق بالجنس، ثالثاً: تبسيط الوظائف الجنسية الطبيعية وما شذ منها، رابعاً: إنه يهدف لأن يكون دليلاً طبياً للأطباء الذين يعالجون أمراض الجنس ومشاكله والتي لم تدرس حتى اليوم بإسهاب ووضح في أكثر المعاهد والمؤسسات الطبية، خامساً: أن يكون مرجعاً عاماً للثقافة الجنسية التي مازالت فكرة تجول في أذهان المشرفين على المدارس دون أن يجدوا مجالاً مبسطاً لها.
