"دماء متناثرة" رواية تدور أحدائها في فضاء فوق واقعي، فالأماكن الروائية غريبة وإن تشابه بعضها مع أماكن واقعية والشخصيات بمعظمها خيالية، والأحداث غرائبية، وثمة مشاهد سوريالية ما يجعل الرواية تقترب من الواقعية السحرية. في بداية الرواية تبدو الطفلة "روسين" ابنة الثلاثة عشر ربيعاً وبصحبتها الدمى التي كانت تقتل من تحبها حيث كل الأرواح الشريرة في الدمية. تلك الدمى التي كثيراً ما ترافق البطلة في عوالم سبعة سوف تمر بها. حيث تمثل جدلية الخير والشر أساساً للرواية وإنعكاس ذلك في سلوك شخوص الرواية وتصرفاتهم. أما الشخصيتان المحوريتان في العمل هما "روسين" والتي تمثل جانب الخير، و"دان كن" مصاص الدماء الذي كان أداة في أيدي الشيطان الأكبر، وهو يريد فتح باب الشر الأعظم من خلال الفتاة المختارة "روسين" وهو السبب في العوالم السبعة التي ستمر بها الفتاة. إلا أنه يمكن تلمس خيطاً رفيعاً من الخير في داخل شخصية "داكن كن" وهو ما يتحلى في إنقاذ "روسين" في مرات عدة ومحاولته أن يصبح بشراً عادياً.
ما تريد أن تقوله الروائية أن الشر الموجود في الإنسان لا يمكن القضاء عليه إلا بالحب وهذا ما جعل من مصاص الدماء في النهاية يجنح نحو الخير الذي تجسد بإنقاذه "روسين" التي أحبها...
رائع أن يمتزج الحلم بالواقع، لأن من الحلم تنبثق حقائق الواقع؛ لهذا أثرت أن تأتي روايتي حلماً يحكي حقيقة الصراع بين قوى الشر الكامنة بالنفوس وقوى الخير الصافية التي تغمر القلوب، في محاولة لبزوغ قوى الشر وإثبات جبروتها، وسرعان ما تعود خائبة حينما يبرق شعاع الحب الصادق الذي سيثبت أنه الأقوى والأسمى في كل الوجود لأنه بنهاية المطاف محض خير.
