يُعبّر الكلينيكس عن ثقافة الـ Disposable وتتعاظم ثقافة الـ Disposable في حياتنا يوما بعد الآخر، حيث امتدت من مناديل الكلينيكس إلى القفازات وبعض أنواع الملابس والمناشف وأدوات المطبخ والمائدة والأدوات الطبية، وتتجه بقوة الآن إلى عالم الأجهزة الكهربية، حيث هناك مشاريع لإنتاج موبايلات تستخدم مرة واحدة ثم يتم التخلص منها، مثل تلك الموبايلات التي ظهرت في فيلم Ultraviolet، وكاميرات للاستخدام خلال الرحلة الواحدة. استغنينا عن الكوافيل لصالح البامبرز، وعن حقيبة الخضار لصالح الأكياس البلاستيكية، وعن أقلام الحبر الغالي لصالح أقلام الحبر الجاف التي نتخلص منها بعد أن تنفد، وعن الولاعات الرونسون الأنيقة مقابل الولاعات البلاستيكية التي نشتريها من على الأرصفة. كل شيء يجب أن يكون مصيره النهائي في القمامة. وتنعكس ثقافة الكلينيكس أيضا على علاقاتنا الشخصية. لم تعد العلاقات قوية مخلصة كالماضي، علاقات مصالح تبدأ بمنفعة وتنتهي إلى قمامة النسيان. لم تعد هناك صداقة حقيقية خالية من المصلحة. لم يعد هناك المحب الذي يفنى في حب المحبوب، وإنما أصبح هناك "بيبو فرقع جيجي" وتخلص منها مثل منديل كلينيكس وأخذ يبحث عن منديل جديد وعلاقة جديدة تنتهي مثل سابقتها. ولازالت أهمية الكلينيكس في ازدياد في حياتنا، وليس من المستبعد في المستقبل أن يضع العريس منديلا من الكلينيكس في جيب الجاكيت الأمامي وهو ذاهب إلى العُرس!
