"الحقيقة المحمدية" رسالة ضمت بين صفحاتها تحقيقاً للأجوبة التي دونها الشيخ أحمد الإحسائي والتي جاءت للرد على أسئلة مسائل الملا رشيد المتعلقة كما هو ظاهر من عنوان المجموعة بالحقيقة المحمدية. وبالنظر لأهمية هذه الردود فقد قام المحقق أحمد عبد الهادي صالح بتنقيحها بأسلوب علمي شيق حيث قام بمطابقة النص وضبطه على ضوء النسخ المخطوطة المعتمدة في تحقيق الرسالة، وتقطيعه، كما قام بتخريج الآيات القرآنية وبتخريج الأحاديث الشريفة والأدعية وضبطها، واستدرك في أضيق الحدود بعض الكلمات الناقصة ليستقيم معه النص، وأخيراً اهتم بإضافة بعض التعليقات على ما وجده بحاجة إلى الإيضاح، لتكمل الفائدة ويعم النفع.
