بقدر ما تتحرك الأمم بتنشيط، تفعيل النوابض العقلية لتمكينها من أن تقوم لها قائمة دخل منظومة الارتقاء الكونية مهما كان حجم هذه الدائرة محدوداً بالتمييز بين الصالح والأصلح، يتموضع خط الأمل بموازاة خط أداء العطاء الفكري البنّاء نقدياً لصياغة الكينونة الجديرة بصحو الوقوف كالشجر المنيع. لكن الأمل في هذا المعنى ليس مجرد نقيض لليأس بل هو الرديف – التوأم للإرادة والإرادة للطاقة، استبطان مكامن هذه الطاقة وتشغيلها من الرحم اللولبي إلى الدواليب التفصيلية لآلية عقلنة العقل. فديمومة العقل السليم تتحددّ على ضوء درجة ضمان العقل لشروط العقْلنة. كانت هذه القناعة من بين البواعث التي حفزتنا على خوض هذه الحاولة – الدراسة كمغامرة فكرية (لاحقة) لجهود أخرى جماعية لأفراد النخبة العربية سعياً للخروج الخلاصي من مأزق النفق وإلا ومن طول الانتظار فالوضع يتخطى نومة أهل الكهف إلى ما هو أقرب إلى مقولة "الناس نيام فإذا ماتوا انتبهوا".
