هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي : شرح تفصيلي لنصوص مواد قانون التمويل العقاري رقم 148 لسنة 2001 ومذكرته الإيضاحية وتطوره التشريعي والتعليقات والملاحظات القضائية وذلك بشرح كل مادة على حده والقوانين المكملة له والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية لجرائم التمويل العقارى والمشكلات العملية والنماذج والصيغ القانونية وذلك فيما يلى : أولاً : شرح تفصيلي لنصوص مواد اتفاق التمويل العقارى وقيد الضمان العقارى وحوالة الحقوق الناشئة عن اتفاق التمويل وإجراءات التنفيذ على العقار والنظام القانوني لشركات التمويل العقاري وضمانات هذا التمويل والرقابة على التمويل وجزاء مخالفة أحكام قانون التمويل العقاري والمذكرة الإيضاحية لقانون التمويل العقاري في كل مادة على حده وما كانت عليه هذه المواد في مشروع القانون المقدم من الحكومة إلى مجلس الشعب . ثانياً : القيود والأوصاف الجنائية لجرائم التمويل العقاري والمشكلات العملية والنماذج والصيغ القانونية المتعلقة بالتمويل العقاري والصيغة المقترحة للائحة التنفيذية للقانون . ثالثاً : الأصول التشريعية لمواد قانون التمويل العقاري والقوانين المكملة له وهي سوق رأس المال ومواد المرافعات بشأن التنفيذ على العقار وسرية الحسابات .
