يحتوي الكتاب على شرح تفصيلي لنصوص مواد قانون المرور رقم 66 لسنة 1973 المعدل بالقانون رقم 155 لسنة 1999 ولائحته التنفيذية الصادرة بقرار وزير الداخلية رقم 2777 لسنة 2000 وشرح أركان جريمتي القتل والاصابة الخطأ والاتلاف باهمال ونصوص القانون رقم 652 لسنة 1955 بشأن التامين الإجباري من المسئولية المدنية الناشئة عن جرائم المرور وأحكام محكمة النقض المصري بشأن تلك الجرائم وذلك فيما يلي:
أولًا: الأصول التشريعية لنصوص قانون المرور ولائحته التنفيذية وقانون التأمين الإجباري من المسئولية المدنية عن حوادث السيارات وأحدث أحكام النقض، ثانيًا: شرح تفصيلي لنصوص وأركان المسئولية الجنائية طبقًا لقانون العقوبات والمسئولية المدنية طبقًا للقانون المدني الناشئة عن جرائم المرور والقتل والإصابة الخطأ والإتلاف بإهمال والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية ومشكلاتها العملية المختلفة، ثالثًا: الأصول الفنية الصحيحة لتحقيق ومعاينة جرائم المرور وإعداد التقارير الفنية بشأنها ونماذج عملية لمحاضر جمع الاستدلالات والمعاينة والتعليمات العامة للنيابات والكتب الدورية بشأن جرائم المرور والقتل والإصابة الخطأ، رابعًا: شرح أحكام المسئولية التأديبية وصور الإخلال بالواجبات الوظيفية للعاملين، على تطبيق أحكام قانون المرور ولائحته التنفيذية والجزاءات التأديبية للمخالفات، خامسًا: الصيغ الجنائية للصلح في جرائم المرور ودعاوى إثبات الحالة والتعويض وعقود الصلح وبيع السيارات ونماذج وثائق التأمين الإجباري على السيارات.
