فإن عصرنا الحديث كشف لنا أن مجتمعاتنا قد نجحت بالفعل في تجاوز ذاك النمط التقليدي في إسترقاق الأشخاص واستبعادهم فزالت الصورة القديمة فيما بقي مضمون الفعل قائماً بكل ما يتضمنه من صور الإستغلال والقسوة والإستبعاد وامتهان الحياة وسائر الحقوق الإنسانية!!

فالإتجار بالبشر والأعضاء البشرية مأساة حقيقية وجريمة قذرة على الحكومات في دول العالم محاربتها وسن قوانين صريحة وواضحة للحد منها وإلا فإن إستمر الوضع كما هو عليه الآن فإننا سنكون أمام كارثة إنسانية خطيرة جداً تهدد الملايين من الجنس البشري. تساؤلات كثيرة حول أسباب هذه المأساة أهمها:
كيف يسقط ضحايا الإتجار بالبشر وتجارة الأعضاء البشرية؟
أين دور الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية القانونية؟
وما هو موقف الدول من هذه التجارة؟
ما هي أبرز صور الإتجار بالأشخاص ومظاهره؟
ما هي أسباب إنتشار هذه الجرائم؟
ما هي القوانين والمراسم التي خطها الشارع السوري للحد ومعالجة هذه الظاهرة؟
