هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي: شرح تفصيلي مقارن لجرائم الجرح والضرب والبلطجة وغيرها من جرائم الاعتداء على سلامة جسم الإنسان وعناصر الركن المادي والمعنوي وعلاقة السببية بينهما وذلك لكل جريمة على حدة وصور أفعال الاعتداء على سلامة الجسم وهي الضرب في صورته البسيطة والضرب الذي نشأ عنه عاهة مستديمة والضرب الذي أفضى إلى موت وأسباب الإباحة وتقارير الطب الشرعي الفنية والعقوبات المقررة في جرائم الاعتداء على سلامة الجسم والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية والتعليمات القضائية للنيابات وأهم تطبيقات محكمة النقض في موضوع الجرائم وجميع أحكام محكمة النقض منذ إنشائها وحتى 2004 والمشكلات العملية وحلولها القانونية والتعليقات الفقهية والملاحظات القضائية للتفتيش القضائي والصيغ النموذجية لمذكرات المتهم والمدعي بالحق المدني والنيابة العامة بشأن التصرف في جرائم الجرح والضرب والبلطجة وذلك فيما يلي:
أولًا: شرح تفصيلي مقارن لجرائم الجرح والضرب والبلطجة وعناصر الركن المادي والمعنوي وعلاقة السببية بينهما لكل جريمة على حدة والعقوبات المقررة, ثانيًا: صور أفعال الاعتداء على سلامة الجسم وهي الضرب في صورته البسيطة والضرب الذي نشأ عنه عاهة مستديمة والضرب الذي أفضى إلى موت وجرائم الترويع والبلطجة وأسباب الإباحة وموانع العقاب وتقارير الطب الشرعي الفنية, ثالثًا: القيود والأوصاف الجنائية والتعليمات القضائية للنيابات وتطبيقات محكمة النقض في موضوع الجرائم وجميع أحكام محكمة النقض منذ إنشائها وحتى 2004, رابعًا: المشكلات العملية وحلولها القانونية والتعليقات الفقهية والملاحظات القضائية والصيغ النموذجية لمذكرات المتهم والمدعي بالحق المدني والنيابة العامة.
