أعزائي المسؤولين عن موقع أبجد تحية وبعد يسرني أن أعرفكم بشخصي المتواضع ، اسمي الكامل هو محمود حسين شباط ، لبناني الجنسية، ولدت في قرية عيحا ، قضاء راشيا الوادي في البقاع اللبناني، وأقيم وأعمل حالياً في المملكة العربية السعودية.
إضافة إلى الكتب الخمسة التي تعرضونها لدي إصداران آخران : رواية بعنوان أرملة محترمة جداً (طبعة ثانية) ورواية بعنوان رجال العميد، كلتاهما تتوفران في مكتبات السعودية لمن يرغب في الاطلاع عليهما.

الرواية قصة حب رومانسية تجري أحداثها في لبنان بين أستاذ من أسرة متواضعة وهو الأستاذ صقر الشماسي وطالبة من أسرة عريقة هي الشيخة ليلك آل جوري. قوبل هذا الحب بحرب شعواء الا أن البنت تصر على الزواج بالحبيب والأب يصر حتى اكتشف ان مخطط اختطاف البنت وقع من أقاربه لتوريط المعلم الذي اقتيد الى السجن شبهة حتى انجلت الحقيقة لذلك قبل والدها هذا الزواج. وبما أن المعلم فقيراً فقد سافر إلى بيروت بمعية زوجته ليدرس الهندسة وبعدما انتهى منها سافر إلى أبيدجان الإفريقية وزوجته حامل بصبي, ولحق به جاره مكرم وهناك تتحقق نبوءة العرافة ويخر عليه سقف وصديقه إدوارد مستودع.. وبما أن احد اللصوص العاملين معهما لبس قميص صقر فقد وقع في مصيدة الانهيار قبل أن يفر, لذلك بعد التنقيب عثر عليه بحوزته البطاقة فاشتبه على الناس من أن الذي مات هو صقر بينما صقر يحاول وصديقه إدوار الخروج من هذا النفق عبر كهوف خلفية دام ذلك طويلاً.. ليحمل جثمان الآخر إلى ال الشماسي على أنه ابنهم صقر.. زوجته تنجب ولداً وتتزوج من آخر بسبب علة الوحدة التي يعاني منها ولدها كما نصحها الأطباء بذلك بعد سنتين يعود صقر مفاجئاً الجميع بعد رحلة عذابات مرّ بها مع القبائل الإفريقية.. في النهاية لا يستطيع استرجاع زوجته لأن زوجها المريض نفسياً نزيل المصحة يتلقى تهديداً من الدربيل وعصابته.. كما تتلقى الزوجة تهديداً بخطف الابن.. وتحت طائلة الذعر والعجز يعود صقر إلى ساحل العاج حزيناً منكسراً.
