وضع المؤلف هذا القاموس المسمى بالقاموس الحديث التركي العربي الذي يضم بين ضفتيه أزيد من خمسين ألف مفردة تركية منقولة ومعربة إلى العربية للطلاب الذين يواصلون دراستهم في معاهد الأئمة والخطباء بالجمهورية التركية والذين يدرسون في جامعات البلدان الإسلامية وقد أدرج فيه ما يهم الطالب من الكلمات والألفاظ والتعابير التركية الضرورية ونقلها وترجمها إلى العربية قدر الإمكان.
وعليه، يسعى هذا المعجم أن يكون جسراً لغوياً يربط بين الأمتين العربية والتركية وأن يسد الفراغ الواقع في مكتبتي العربية والتركية.
