رواية في ثلاثة كتب، من 1600 صفحة، نشرت في دار الضياء للنشر والتوزيع، عمّان، 2008م، باللغة العربية، عمل ثلاث سنوات متواصلة. تدور الرواية في العصر الحديث، مع أناس يعيشون في دولة عربية إسلامية، وتتنوع الشخوص اجتماعياً واقتصادياً، وتتعقد العلاقات والمشاكل بينهم. الكتب الثلاثة عبارة عن رواية واحدة، تباع معاً. باختصار، تدور الحكاية حول قصة رئيسة، والعديد من القصص المتفرعة بين الشخصيات، الحكاية الرئيسة تدور بين صبي يبلغ الثالث عشرة من عمره، يشكو بعض المشاكل النفسية، وطبيب نفسي يقابله عند النهر في وقت الخامسة من مساء كل جمعة، إلى أن قرر الطبيب اصطحابه معه إلى منزله، والعناية به بين أولاده الأربعة. تعلم الرواية بعض الدروس في الحياة، مثل الإيمان، والقدر، وحب الله، وتحوي مقاطع من سور من القرآن الكريم. عمر القرّاء يتراوح بين الثامنة والخمسين عاماً، ومستوى اللغة العربية فيه يناسب من يجيد أبسط القراءة، بل ربما من تعلم اللغة حديثاً أيضاً، فهي سهلة وممتعة. تحوي الرواية ما يقارب المئة رسمة، رسمت من قبل المؤلفة.
