وضح رسالة هذا الكتاب في المقدمة وتمهيد وبابين رئيسيين وخاتمة على النحو التالي، هذا الكتاب في المبحث التمهيدي عن تاريخ القضاء في الأردن وفلسطين منذ انفصال هذه المنطقة عن الدولة العثمانية الى عصرنا الحاضر أما الباب الأول فكان بعنوان عناصر نظام القضاء الشرعي في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وقد تحدث في هذا الباب عن القضاء وأعوانها وما يتعلق بهم من أحكام ثم بحثت في المحاكم الشرعية وأنواعها وهي المحاكم الابتدائية ومحاكم الإستئناف. أما الباب الثاني فهو بعنوان أصول التقاضي أما المحاكم الشرعية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وتطرق فيه العوى الشرعية في تعريفها وركنها ومشروعيتها وشروطها ووسائل اثباتها ثم عن إجراءات التقاضي وتحدث في التنظيم عريضة الدعوى قيدها، والتبليغات القضائية، والمحاكمات، ثم القرارات والأحكام كما تناول الطعن في الأحكام وقد مهد لهذا الفصل بكلمة موجزة عن الطعن في الأحكام الشرعية الإسلامية، ثم تكلم الكتاب عن طريق الطعن في الأحكام الصادرة عن المجاكم الشرعية في الأردن وهي نوعين، النوع الأول تحدث عن طرق الطعن الاعتيادية وتشمل الاعتراض على الحكم الغيابي ةالاستئناف أما النوع الثاني فقد تحدث عن طرق الطعن غير الاعتيادية وتشمل اعتراض الغير وإعادة المحاكمة. ثم جاءت الخاتمة وقد ذكر فيها أهم النتائج وبعض التوصيات.
