يتألف الكتاب من عشرات القصائد المهداة إلى أصدقاء الشاعر ومعارفه.وفيها طرف ونكات ودعابات ساخرة أحيانا لكنها لا تخرج عن حدودها ولا تلسع او تجرح. المجموعة الشعرية التي أصدرها الشاعر اللبناني طارق ناصر الدين -من حيث نوع معظم القصائد التي احتوتها- غدت شأنا نادرا في هذه الأيام وربما أعادت القارىء بالذاكرة إلى عهود مضت حفلت بهذا الضرب من الإخوانيات. والقصائد تتنوع وتتراوح بين هزل شديد ”الجدية“ ودعاب مرح وسخرية ونقد. وهناك في المجموعة قصائد شديدة السخرية تخرج عن هذا التصنيف أو ذاك لتتحول إلى قصائد وطنية ظريفة ظرف مضحكة مؤلمة. الكتاب الذي جاء في 125 صفحة متوسطة القطع احتوى على ما يزيد على 45 قصيدة وحمل عنوان ”قصائد ضاحكة/إخوانيات“ وصدر عن مؤسسة الكوكب التي هي فرع من دار رياض الريس للكتب والنشر. رويترز_بيروت يعترف الشاعر طارق ناصر الدين بأن قراءه وبعض أصدقائه، عند قراءتهم لديوانه هذا، سوف يحتجون، وكأن الشاعر الذي بكى وأبكى طوال خمسين سنة ليس من حقه أن يقف قليلاً ويضحك!! وكان جوابه وعندما وسمه صديق بأنه في أزمة: "كل الشعر في أزمة، والوطن في أزمة، والعصر في أزمة" فألا يحق للشاعر أن يضحك كالطائر مذبوحاً من الألم. وهو يستأذن شعره، ويستأذن جمهوره، كما وأصدقاءه أن يرجع بالشعر في ديوانه هذا إلى طفولته البريئة كفنٍّ يمكن أن يضحك الناس قبل أن يضحك التاريخ على الشعر والشعراء. .......
