«غواية الذكريات» مدونة تشبه السرد السيري، كتبها قلم يعايش صاحبه، إنه قلم "جمانة طه" الأديبة السورية التي حملت جراح وطنها بين ضلوعها ومشت تعبر البلدان، تجوب العالم أو أكثره، تسجل انطباعاتها ومشاهداتها في إطار أدبي ماتع يكتنفه حرارة في التعبير، وخيال متألق، وحس مرهف، حتى يخالج القارئ إحساس بأن الأدب قد يتجاوز الواقع ويسمو عليه حين يصوره الكاتب بتجربته الذاتية وخصوصاً إذا كان لكاتبه تجربة واسعة في ميادين الرحلة وكثرة الأسفار.
تقول الكاتبة عن عملها هذا: "تناولت تجربتي الأدبية على قصرها الزمني، أكثر من جنس أدبي. ومع ذلك لم أكن أتوقع أن أكتب عن تجربة السفر والترحال، وأدوِّنُ مشاهداتي وانطباعاتي عن البلدان والمدن التي زرتها بمهمة ثقافية أو لغاية ترفيهية. وعلى ما يبدو أن الوحدة في بعض الأحيان توقظ في النفس ذكريات هاجعة في مستقر بعيد عن النور والهواء، فتصبح هذه اليقظة حنيناً يبلسم الفراق وصوراً تطرزها أعين رأت وذاكرة كتبت ومشاعر أثبتت أنها عصية على الاندثار (...)".
وبعد، "غواية الذكريات" رحلة حافلة بالمغامرة والغرابة والاختلاف وجمانة طه عرفت كيف تقدم وليمة سردية مختلفة الطعم.
