هذا الكتاب ثمرة جهود مؤلفه في مجال العدالة الدولية في عديد من الدول والمحاكم الدولية في راوندا ويوغسلافيا وغيرها من دول وكّل من قبلها لمواجهة جرائم شنيعة تهز ضمير الإنسانية؛ فدافع عن أولئك المتهمين بأفظع الجرائم مثلما دافع عن أبرياء...
