«ألف لام ميم.» عمل روائي جديد للكاتبة زكية ماجد الخضراوي وجاء في تعريف الكاتبة للرواية: "لماذا ألف لام ميم؟"نحن ولادة مجتمع ثقافته مبنية على السمعة، مبنية على حديث أحد الثقات أو حديث أحدهم فقط. تتوارد فيه الأفكار والمسلَّمات وكذلك "الألعاب". مثل اللعبة المتداولة: ولد – بنت – جماد – حيوان – أكل – بلاد. حيث يختار أحد المشاركين حرفاً فيكتب الجميع اسم ولد – واسم بنت – وجماد – وحيوان – وأكل وبلاد يبدأ بهذا الحرف. كل مشارك يكون منفرداً. ثم عند انتهاء أسرع فرد تتوقف الأقلام. ويتم مشاركة ما كُتب. فالأسماء غير المكررة تحصل على علامة. ألف، لام، ميم قد تكون ثلاثة أحرف مختارة من قبل ثلاثة مشاركين. ألف، اسم الولد آدم! على اسم النبي العالم بالأسماء كلها، القادم من الجنة. الوسوسة الأولى! وفصل الألف فصل اجتياح شعور جديد دواخلنا. لام، اسم الولد لقمان. على اسم لقمان الحكيم، الصامت، صاحب الوصايا. وفصل اللام فيه اللجوء إلى أشباهنا البشر وإلى إيماننا. ميم، اسم الولد محمد على اسم النبي الأكرم القائل: لكم دينكم ولي ديني. وفصل الميم فصل المصير الذي آلت إليه الأحداث والفتن.ثلاثة أحرف بترتيبات مختلفة نقرأها: ألم – يفتك بنا ونحتاجه لكونه جزءاً من إنسانيتنا – وأمل – لا نحيا من دونه – وملأ – نحن هم – ثلاثة أحرف تتقاطع في شبكة الكلمات المتقاطعة وتخفى علينا في الكلمة الضائعة. وختاماً، وأجل قدراً، هي آية كريمة نفسرها دون يقين بكنهها".
