هذا، وتتنوع موضوعات الكتاب لتشتمل عدة أقسام هي: 1-بعض ما ذكر عن الطيب والعطر في القرآن الكريم، 2-الطيوب الحيوانية، 3-العطور النباتية، 4-الأسواق الكبرى في الجاهلية، 5-مع العطر والطيب في الحضارات القديمة، 6-العطور والأدهان المستخرجة من النباتات، 7-الزيوت العطرية.
