يقدم هذا الكتاب تصوراً عربياً جديداً لمفهوم الثروة العالمية، إنه تصور بمثابة نقلة فكرية فذة، من الاعتماد على قدرية الاقتصاد الريعي والمالي، إلى حرية الاقتصاد المعرفي والسيادي.
