يأتي هذا الكتاب من ضمن سلسلة (تصاميم النعم الصينية) التي تصدرها الدار العربية للعلوم ناشرون في بيروت المترجمة عن الأصل الإنكليزي Designs of Chinese Blessings. وهذه المرة بعنوان (الراتب العالي) HIGHSALARY. جاء الكتاب باللغتين العربية والصينية. يعكس الكتاب أهمية الحياة المهنية لدى الإنسان في الثقافة الصينية القديمة فـ (الراتب العالي): "يعني رواتب سخية في مناصب مُعتبرة. في الأزمان القديمة، علق الصينيون أهمية كبرى على الامتياز الأكاديمي، والذي قاد بدوره إلى مراكز مرموقة في الحكومة. ورد في مقطع شعري قديم أن اسعوا إلى تمييز أنفسكم في الامتحانات الملكية والمقام الرفيع في أعلى القائمة. تشمل رسومات الحظ الجيد في هذا الموضوع والمتعلقة بالراتب العالي تحسينات كبيرة في الراتب والمنصب، والراتب والمركز الممنوحين من السماء، وغيرها...". أيضاً، لا تشمل رسومات الحظ الجيد النعم الخمس ومنها – الراتب العالي – بل فنّ الرسم واللغة. فالخطوط الجميلة لهذه الرسومات، المرسومة بأسلوب الرسم الصيني القديم، تزوِّد الرائي بمتعة فنّية تسرّ العينين والقلب. وبالرغم من أن غالبيتها تمثل أعمال فنانين شعبيين، إلا أنها تُظهر مستوى من البراعة جديراً بأساتذة الفن العظماء والمشهورين. أما اللغة المتبناة في هذه الرسومات فتفيد في تبسيط الثقافة القديمة، وترسم عبارةُ الحظ الجيد رباعية الحروف المرافقة لكلّ رسمة تقريباً مشهداً جذاباً. يضم الكتاب (119 رسماً في الراتب العالي) ليقدم بذلك تمثيلاً كاملاً لأوجه رسومات الحظ الجيد الصينية، فضلاً عن أسرار الحياة المهنية والراتب العالي في نصوص قدماء الصين.
