-القسم الأول: تناول معنى الإستقلال وسيَر أبطاله، والقسم الثاني: في مفكرة سفير كتبها الشيخ خليل تقي الدين مدير تحريرات مجلس النواب، والذي عيّن سفيراً في عدة بلدان أوروبية وعربية، حيث أمكنه الإطلاع على كثير من الأسرار والخفايا وما يحاك من مؤامرات خلف الكواليس.
كتاب لا غنى عنه في المكتبة العربية، كتب بأسلوب سهل يكشف عن تاريخ بلد سعى رجاله الأحرار إلى إستعادة حريته وسيادته وإستقلاله من الإنتداب الفرنسي.
