نعيم صبرى روائى وشـاعر مصرى مقيم بالقاهرة . بدأ مسـيرته الأدبية بكتابة الشـعر وأصدر فى البداية ديوانى شـعر ، يوميات طابع بريد وتأملات فى الأحوال . اتجه بعد ذلك اٍلى المسـرح وكتب مسـرحية بئر التوتة ، وهى مسـرحية شـعرية موسـيقـية . كتب بعد ذلك مسـرحيته الشـعرية الزعيم ثم عاد فأصدر ديوان شـعر حديث الكائنات . بدأ نعيم صبرى كتاباته النثرية بكتاب عن سـيرة طفولته بعنوان يوميات طفل قديم ثم واصل كتاباته النثرية فأصدر تسـع روايات حتى الآن ، أحدثها رواية "وتظل تحلم اٍيزيس" ، التى صدرت فى 2009 عن دار نشـر مدبولى . درس نعيم صبري الهندسة الميكانيكية وتخرج من كلية الهندسة بجامعة القاهرة عام 1968. عمل في المجال الهندسي وفي الأعمال الحرة حتى تفرغ للأدب منذ سنة 1995. متزوج من السيدة نجوى يوسف وأب لابنة واحدة، .سارة صبري.

صافيني مَرَّة... أِشهر أولى أغنيَّات عبد الحليم حافظ.. ورواية صافيني مَرَّة تحكى عن جيل بدأ وعيه مع هذه الأغنيَّة.. ومع صعود عبد الحليم حافظ... جيل بدأ يتفتح على الحياة مع ثورة يوليو... ويغنَّى لها مع عبد الحليم.. عاش أزهى عصورها وانتصاراتها... جلاء الإنجليز... تأميم قناة السويس وحرب 1956... وحدة مصر وسوريا.. بناء السد العالي والتصنيع الثقيل... ثم بدأ يعاني مع انكسارتها... حتى كانت الضربة القاصمة بهزيمة يونيو 1967 وضياع كل الآمال التي عاش عليها... جيل دمَّرته الصدمة وما تلاها من أحداث.. عاش بعدها حالة من الضياع.. وبرغم حرب 1973 فإن ما تلاها من تطورات التفسخ السياسي والاجتماعي أجهز عليه. رواية تحكي عن جيل الثورة والهزيمة.
