يوضح الكتاب بأبوابه الثمانية: قوة الخير، قوة الشخصية، قوة النظرة، قوة النجاح، قوة الحوار، قوة الأسرة، قوة الرسالة، وقوة البصيرة، أهمية ما جاءت به تعاليم الدين الحنيف من تسيير كل أمر من أمور الإنسان بما فيه مصلحته ومصلحة الآخرين، لذا فإن القانون الأسمى في ديننا هو "لا ضرر ولا ضرار"، فالطريق القويمة بيّنة، والطريق المعوجّة بيّنة أيضاً، لذا لا حجة للإنسان لأن الخالق جلّ وعلا وضّح مواطن الخير وميّزها عن مواطن الشر، وخلق البشر على فطرة الإسلام الحنيف المتسامح التي هي بمثابة "باروميتر"، ما اتّفق معها يُرضي الله والإنسان يعرفه في دخيلته، وما اختلف معها كان يغضب الله والإنسان يعرفه أيضاً، لذا قال تعالى: "بل الإنسان على نفسه بصيرا وَلَوْ أَلْقَىٰ مَعَاذِيرَهُ" (القيامة: 13، 14).
