يرد في هذا الكتاب ما تيسر من مباحث على كلام الشيخ بن سينا النجاري فى التشريح من جملة كتاب القانون.. ويقول المؤلف فى هذا الكتاب أنه قد صده عن مباشرة التشريخ وازع الشريعة وأخلاقه الرقيمة ولذلك فقد أعتمد في كتابه هذا على أقوال الأولين خاصة جالينوس الذى كانت كتبه أجود الكتب التى وصلت إليه في هذا الفن وان وجدت بعض الأخطاء التى قد تم تصحيحها وقد اسشتمل كتابه على خمسة مباحث وهى فى اختلاف الحيوانات في الأعضاء وفى فوائد علم التشريح وفي إثبات منافع الأعضاء وفى المبادئ التى منها يستخرج العلم بمنافع الأعضاء بطريق التشريح وفى هيئة التشريح وآلاته.
