إبراهيم بن علي بن أحمد بن عبد الواحد ابن عبد المنعم الطرسوسي، نجم الدين: قاض مصنف.
ولد ومات في دمشق، وولي قضاءها بعد والده (سنة 746) وأفتى ودرس، وألف كتبا منها (الإشارات في ضبط المشكلات) و (الاعلام في مصطلح الشهود والحكام) و (الاختلافات الواقعة في المصنفات) و (أنفع الوسائل - ط) يعرف بالفتاوي الطرسوسية، و (ذخيرة الناظر في الأشباه والنظائر - خ) في فقه الحنفية، و (الفوائد المنظومة) فقه، ويسمى (الفوائد البدرية - خ) و (الدرة السنية في شرح الفوائد الفقهية - خ) شرح منظومة له، في شستربتي (3085)
و (الأنموذج من العلوم لأرباب الفهوم في أربعة وعشرين علما - خ) في أوقاف بغداد، الرقم 6470 و (وفيات الأعيان من مذهب أبي حنيفة النعمان - خ) في الظاهرية (الرقم 9625) و (تحفة الترك فيما يجب أن يعمل في الملك - خ) في مكتبة عارف حكمت (83 فقه حنفي) مصور في جامعة الرياض (الفيلم 92) 77 ورقة [ثم طُبع] .
وله نظم حسن.
