عَمْرو بن قَمِيئَة (نحو 180 - 85 ق هـ = نحو 448 - 540 م)
عمرو بن قميئة بن ذريح بن سعد بن مالك الثعلبي البكري الوائلي النزاري
• شاعر جاهلي مقدم.
• نشأ يتيما، وأقام في الحيرة مدة، وصحب حجرا (أبا امرئ القيس الشاعر) وخرج مع امرئ القيس في توجهه إلى قيصر، فمات في الطريق، فكان يقال له «الضائع»
• وكان واسع الخيال في شعره.
• وفيه يقول امرؤ القيس: «بكى صاحبي لما رأى الدر دونه - إلخ»
• له «ديوان شعر - ط» (1).
