أثناء النوم
• انتابه القلق في هذه الليلة ـ ككل ليلة ـ فتح عينيه بصعوبة، في ظلام الليل الدامس، وأحس أنه ما زال نائمًا، برغم أن عينيه مفتوحتان، أعاد غلق عينيه مجددًا، تحت سيطرة النعاس القوي، الذي انتابه، إلا أنه ما زال يستطيع أن يميّز أنفاسه، ويستمع إلى دقات الساعة..!!
" قم يا شريف " واذهب إلى دورة المياه..استمع " إلى صوت أمه، وهي تقول هذه الجملة، فردّ في صوت نائم: " حسنًا يا أمي ".
شعر "شريف"، مع دفء سريره، ورغبته الشديدة في النوم، باستحالة قدرته على تنفيذ ما طلبته أمه..ظل في نفس حالة نصف النوم التي كان عليها.
أحس بأنه يرفع الغطاء عن جسده، في هذا الجو البارد، ثم ينهض ويذهب إلى دورة المياه..
استيقظ " شريف " في الصباح على أثر جرس المنبه، الذي ظل يرن طويلاً، ولكنه وقبل أن يقوم أحس بذلك البلل الذي يملأ سريره وملابسه، وشعر بالخزي، والعار، والقلق.
ودخلت الأم لتوقظه من نومه؛ لتجده على هذه الحال ..وبيأس وحزن قالت : " مرة أخرى يا شريف" ؟!!
الليالي المبللة..
هي مشكلة خاصة إلى أقصى حد ... فجميع أطرافها داخل الأسرة الواحدة.
كما إنها إشكالية قد يرى البعض أنها مزمنة، ولا حل لها سوى تعاقب الأيام ومرور الزمن..ففي هذه المشكلة تضطر الأم يوميًا إلى تغيير ملابس الطفل، وتعيد ترتيب سريره، ناهيك عن الألم والغضب الذي ينتاب الأم، من تكرار هذه المسألة، كما يتعرض الطفل لخجل، وعار، لا حدود لهما.. وذلك لأنه بلّل ملابسه، هذا إذا تجاهلنا تعرض الطفل في أحيان كثيرة إلى عقاب الوالدين، وسخرية إخوته..!!
لذا فإنها مشكلة حرجة بكل المقاييس، وما يزيد هذه المشكلة حجمًا، وتعقيدًا أن الآباء والأمهات لا يعرفون الحجم الحقيقي لمشكلة الطفل، ولا يعرفون السبب الحقيقي وراءها..فقد تكون هناك مشكلة حقيقة في حياة الطفل.. و قد يعاني الطفل من انعدام الثقة. .. وقد يكون وراؤها قلة الاهتمام به، أو التدليل الزائد له، أو القسوة المفرطة في التعامل معه.
