«محمّد إقبال: سيرته وفلسفته وشعره»، كتاب في التراجم والسّير لـ «عبد الوهَّاب عزَّام» كتب فيه عن حياة «محمّد إقبال»، وهو شاعر نابغة، وفيلسوف مبدع من كشمير، شاع ذ ْكره، وكثر الإجماع على الإشادة بدعوته، والدّعوة إلى رسالته، كما شرع أدباء الأمم يعتنون بترجمة شعره إلى لغاتهم.
تناول الكاتب سيرةَ الفيلسوف متضمنًا حياته الأسريّة ونشأته، وتنقّله ما بين سيالكوت ولاهور ثمّ سفره إلى أوروبا، ويبيّن كيف أسهمت أسفاره في نموِّه الفكريِّ واتساع ثقافته متعلِّمًا ومعلِّمًا، واستعرض أوجُهًا مختلفةً من فلسفةَ محمّد إقبال، مبتدءً بمنظومة أسرار خودي في الفلسفة، وخصّص مبحثًا في خلاصة الأسرار، وتطرّق إلى المنظومة الثّانية من أعماله الفلسفيّة.
أورد الكتاب إجاباتٍ قدّمها إقبال ردًا على المعترضين على فلسفته في أوروبا، كما تناول مذهبه في الفنون الجميلة، وشعره ودواوينه، وأورد أمثلة من شعره، ومذهبه في الشعر والفنون، فالفن عنده هو مصدر الإلهام، ويسهم في تنمية الذّات، وهذه الروح أسهمت في جعل كثير من قصائده أقرب إلى الفلسفة منها إلى الشعر.
