كتاب يقدم طرحاً حضارياً سياسياً قلما نجد مثله في كتب أخرى انطلاقاً من الإشكالية المكانية، يردّ به التخلّف العربي الإسلامي إلى الانكفاء البحري، والسطوة الغربية والأميركية خصوصاً إلى سيادة الغرب على بحار العالم ومحيطاته.
