تبدأ احداث القصة في القاهرة يونية 2011 عن ( سلمى الشرقاوي ) المذيعة في احدى القنوات الفضائية العربية الخاصة التي بدات عملها منذ خمس سنوات ولمع اسمها منذ العامين والتي كانت تتمحور اعمالها حول قضايا الفتاة المصرية الفقيرة من علاج وعمل وتعليم وقضايا الاهتمام بالفتيات بشكل عام ومنبر للحالات الانسانية ورعاية المرضى مما تسبب لها في الكثير من المشاكل مع امن الدولة واتهامها بالاساءة الى سمعة مصر قبل الثورة .. وبعد الثثورة يطلب ان تقدم لقاءات مع من لطخت ايديهم بدماء الشعب وترفض مما يتسبب لها في الاستقالة من القناة لتعود سلمى في هذه الليلة بالذاكرة لأكثر من عشر سنوات مضت لتتذكر قصة حبها الاول مع رجل الاعمال ( شهاب الضوي ) المصري الامريكي الجنسية المقيم بالخارج .. وكذلك قصة صعودها وتحولات حياتها الدرامية من مجال الى اخر ...
