همهم يعقوب ثم قال صامويل:
- بسم الأب والابن والروح القدس، بحق تجسد الرب في الناسوت، بحقِّ الصليب المقدس، أن أتعاون على إخراجنا، وإلا أبغض أيًّا منكم، وأن أُحافظ على أرواحكم كحفاظي على روحي، وأن نظل فريقًا واحدًا تجمعنا آدميتنا، آمين.
قال يعقوب:
- أشهد يا الوهيم، أن أتعاون على إخراجنا،وألا أبغضَ أيًّا منكم، وأن أُحافظ على أرواحكم كحفاظي على روحي، وأن نظل فريقًا واحدًا تجمعنا آدميتنا، وإن كنتُ كاذبًا في قسمي، فلتنزل اللعنة على سُلالتي ولأتحسس طريقي بين الحوائط كالأعمى، ثم لتنشق الأرض وتبتلعني ..
