إن العقلاء والفضلاء أدركوا أن صلاح هذا العالم بصلاح الإنسان، وعلموا يقيناً أن الإنسان لا يصلح إلا بعقيدة صحيحة، وشريعة صالحة واضحة. وقد أكمل الله للخلق هذين الأمـرين ببعـثه حبيبه المصطـفى صلى الله عليه وسلم، فحمل أصحابه منهجه ورسالته فأصلحوا بها العالم .. وأظهروا شعائر الدين، وكان الرأي فيهم للعلماء والفقهاء وأهل التقوى. ولا زالت الأمة كلما رجعت إلى منهج الرعيل الأول، والجيل الأفضل، تصلح أحوالها وتذهب أهوالها. ثم إنني وبعض الإخوة الكرام لما فكرنا في ما خلف لنا السلف الصالح من تركة في هذا العالم .. وأحببنا أن نواصل المسيرة ونحمل الأمانة لنؤديها إن شاء الله نظرنا في العالم، فإذا قارة افريقيا السمراء من أخصب الأراضي لنشر دعوة الإسلام، ولكنها أكثر إهمالاً ونسياناً من قِبل الدعاة المسلمين. وأردنا أن نعمل ما يمكن أن يكون إنطلاقةً جديدة لهذه الدعوة في تلك البلدان .. وبالنظر والتأمل والمشاورة للعقلاء .. وجدنا أن العلماء والدعاة إذا صلحوا وقاموا واجتمعوا وانبعثت فيهم الروح .. أصلح الله بهم البلاد والعباد. ﴿وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهْلِكَ الْقُرَى بِظُلْمٍ وَأَهْلُهَا مُصْلِحُونَ﴾ [هود:117] .. فبدأنا العمل بالتواصل مع علماء ودعاة وفضلاء تلك البلاد وقامت دورتان كانت لها عدد من الفوائد .. من أهمها: اللقاء بهؤلاء النخبة والتعرف عليهم، ثم معرفة أحوالهم وتبادل الهم معهم. ولكن الملاحظة الأهم .. أننا وجدنا أن أكبر مشاكل الإسلام هناك كما هو في كثير من البلاد هي: الخلافات والنزاعات بين أهل المذاهب، بل ربما بين أصحاب المذهب والمشرب الواحد. فعملنا على إقامة هذه الدورة بعنوان (دور الداعية في جمع الأمة)، وعلى هامشها ورشة عمل بعنوان (إدارة الخلاف). وفي هذا الكتيب وثيقة لنتائج الدورة والورشة مع شيء من التعديل والاختصار .. أرجو أن ينفع الله بها.
