«لَئِنْ شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ» شاهد حسن تلك الآية عند خروجه من باب منزله في الصباح الباكر، اليوم استيقظ مبكرًا علي غير عادته، شأنه في ذلك شأن العديد من أبناء جيله، ولسبب مجهول تغير الوضع اليوم، هو غير سعيد بدون سبب واضح منذ فترة ليست بالقصيرة، الأرق لا يفارقه، يعزو ذلك دائما الي أوضاع البلد في الثلاث سنوات العابرة، أو لعلها أسباب أخري لم يدركها، لم تعد له أية صداقات بالمعنى المفهوم منذ أن سافر ليعمل بالخليج منذ عده سنوات، فقد الاتصال بمعظم اصدقاء الطفولة والدراسة بل والعمل أيضا، ومنذ عودته لم يصنع ايه علاقات حقيقية، و ليس من هواة الفيس بوك علي الرغم من كونه قارئ نهم، وبالتالي يجلس أمام الكومبيوتر بالساعات ليلبي شغفه الوحيد، القراءة.
في أواخر الثلاثينات هو، قوي البنية بطبيعته زادها تجنيده في سلاح الصاعقة قوة وصلابة، يميل إلى الطول له نظرة حازمة زادتها الغربة عمقاً و حِدَه، لم يستطع الزواج بالقواعد القائمة في المجتمع وهو الصادق دائما مع نفسه.
الآية القرآنية التي تطالعه كل صباح مكتوبه علي الحائط المقابل في ذلك الشارع المترب في قلب الحي العتيق، أحد أقدم أحياء الإسكندرية وأشهرها.
استوقفته اليوم علي غير العادة، هل فعلاً يؤمن الشعب بما يكتب، أم أن القرآن قد تحول إلى تعاويذ تكتب كثيرًا وتقرأ أحيانًا وتُفهَم فيما ندر، شأنها شأن كل معاني الجمال والمنطق في هذا البلد القديم!.
أسئلة لا إجابة لها، الكثيرون من الزملاء وبعض افراد اسرته يتهمونه بالكآبة مؤخرًا، ربما ولكن وان صح اتهامهم له ما غيّر هذا من واقع الأمور من شئ، فالحالة العامة للإنسان لا تغيرها أراء البشر، ولكن واقع الحياة الفعلي ...
