في ديوان "أشاكس الأفق بكمنجة"، لغة مغايرة تتحرك بمرونةٍ، في خابية التمرّد، وثمة وقودٌ خفيٌّ لشجرةِ الذكريات، علها تستفيق من حلم الحب على عين الشمس، لكن في الطريق إلى الموت، نتكاملُ ونذوبُ، نقاوم العرق وهو إبريق اللذةِ.
هنا أنماط من قصيدةِ النثر تبدعُ فيها الشاعرةُ المصرية ديمة محمود، فقد نرى أشكالًا متباينةً تقتربُ من الشعرِ، لا لتعاقره، بل لتمشي في طريقٍ أخرى تسعى لأن توازيه، تنتظرُ من الشوكةِ عطرَ الوردة، وتأملُ في خيالٍ لا يدركهُ الآخرون، لا يهمّ "ماكياج" المجازِ، ولا ترأبُ صِدعَ القصيدةِ، فتقولُ (تولدُ البداياتِ في عقاربِ الخراب)
