لماذا نظرية العلم؟
تشكل نظرية العلم واحدة من أهم الإسهامات الأصيلة في فلسفة أبـي نصر الفارابـي لأنها التأسيس المنطقي الإبستيمولوجي للمشروع الفلسفي للفارابـي إن لم يكن هذا المشروع نفسه. بل يمكن اعتبرها المفتاح الأساسي لفهم كل خطابه الفلسفي والعلمي.
فالفارابـي صاحب نظرية في العلم أصيلة، يلزم التعريف بها، وبيان منـزلتها وقيمتها في فلسفته باعتبارها شرطا أساسيا لفهم خطابه الفلسفي وإدراك مواطن التقاطع والتداخل والتمايز بين نظريته ونظريات اللاحقين عليه من فلاسفة الإسلام وعلى رأسهم ابن رشد، الذي أحال باستمرار على أبـي نصر في معرض صياغته لنظريته في العلم. لقد كان الفارابـي حاضرا بقوة في خطابه الفلسفي بصورتين: صورة الحجة التي تتم المصادرة على أقواله، وصورة الأستاذ الذي خضع للنقد. وبذلك، يكون الفارابـي قد ساهم، بنصيب أوفر، في تشكل الخطاب الفلسفي الرشدي وتحديد معالم نظريته في العلم.
ومن دواعي اهتمامي بنظرية العلم لدى الفارابـي الاستجابة لدعوة المساهمة في هدم وهم سائد عن الفيلسوف. أما الدعوة فهي التي كان قد جهر بها الباحثون في مداخلاتهم في المؤتمرات العلمية التي أقيمت بمناسبة الاحتفاء بمرور 1100 عام على ميلاد الفارابـي سنة 1975 والتي لازال صداها يتردد إلى الآن. لقد ألقي الضوء فيها على عصر الفارابـي وبيئته، وحياته وشيوخه، و كتبه، ورسائله، المحقق منها وغير المحقق، الموجودة منها والمفقودة، وتم التعريف ببعض أرائه ونظرياته، وبأثره في الفكر الفلسفي الإسلامي والمسيحي، وبنظرياته في "التوفيق بين الدين والفلسفة". وبـ "نظرية الفيض" وبـ "المضمون الإيديولوجي للمدينة الفاضلة" وبـ "أرائه السياسية والاجتماعية" وبمسألة أصالته ومنحنياته الشخصية...
