كاتبة وباحثة لبنانية- مواليد بتاتر عاليه- عملت في مجال الاعلام المكتوب المرئي والمسموع من العام 1986 وحتى العام1996- اهتمت بدراسة اشكاليات القيادة وصدر لها كتاب في هذا الموضوع بعنوان وجوه القائد عن دار الساقي بيروت العام2005 كما صدر لها كتاب بعنوان الابواب المغلقة وهو دراسة حول ازمة التغيير في العالم العربي عن دار الفارابي العام 2011
