هذا الكتاب.. إحدى المحاولات بل والمقاربات لموضوع الإدارة التربوية، وأهميتها في الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية، والتأكيد أن الدراسات الاجتماعية والإنسانية بطبيعتها تتوجه وتصطبغ بأيديولوجية أصحابها ومرجعياتهم، لذلك نراها تتعدد حتى ضمن الإطار المرجعي الواحد، وقد تتمايز الرؤى بين المذاهب الفلسفية والدراسات النظرية الأكاديمية والبحوث والنتائج الميدانية، الأمر الذي يوضح أن الدراسات الإنسانية والاجتماعية (التربوية) لها نسقها وأدواتها ووسائلها ونتائجها، وأن أية محاولة لتطبيق مناهج العلوم التجريبية على العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية فيه الكثير من التجني والمجازفة الخطيرة والمفارقة. إن الدراسات الإنسانية والإجتماعية هي في حقيقتها مشبعة بعقائد أصحابها ومرجعياتها وفلسفاتهم، مهما ادعت الحياد وعدم الانحياز، لذلك يمكن أن تشتد عندها معركة الصراع الفكري، ومن هنا تظهر خطورة التوقف المريع عن الامتداد بالشعب المعرفية الإنسانية والاجتماعية، وغياب التخصص، وما يرتب على ذلك من النتائج المخيفة التي سوف تؤدي لامتداد (الآخر) في فراغنا. إن النقل والاستيراد والتكديس للعلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية لن يغير شيئا، وقرون التخلف شاهد على ذلك، ولو كدسنا المستوردات في مخازن إسلامية. والأمر الذي يحسب للباحث أنه لم يزعم أنه يقدم منظورا إسلاميا للإدارة التربوية كما هو شأن كثيرين ممن يجازفون بإسقاط الأحكام الشرعية على أعمالهم، وإنما اعتبر أن عملهم يمثل مقدمات على الطريق لبناء منظور إسلامي للعلوم التربوية.
