في هذا المخاض الفلسفي نشأت علاقة حميمة بين اللغة والتأويل، قدمت في الفلسفة الغربية المعاصرة مشروعا لإنقاذ المعاني المحاصرة في دائرة المركزية الأوربية والمحروسة بآليات المطابقة والمماثلة. وقد بادرت إلى هذا المشروع فلسفات نيتشه، فرويد، ماركس.... موازاة مع الهرمنيوطيقا المعاصرة من شلاير، ماخر، دلتاي، إلى هيدغر، غادمير، وريكور. كما قدمت هذه الرابطة المعرفية بين اللغة والتأويل في الفكر العربي الإسلامي مشروعا لتجديد المعاني المتهافتة في غياهب تراث مغمور ومعتم، موصدة فيه – إلى حد بعيد – أبواب الاجتهاد والتجديد، متناثرة مفاتيحه المعرفية كأحجية عربية قديمة ما تزال غامضة ومبهمة وفي دهاليز هذا المشروع تقف قافلة تأويلية طويلة تحمل سلسلة من مفاتيح العلوم إلى مفاتيح الغيب كالتي يبشر بها مؤلف فخر الدين الرازي الضخم ((التفسير الكبير ومفاتيح الغيب)). وفي فصول هذا الكتاب تشريح لهذه المشاريع من خلال العمل الهرمنيوطيقي نفسه.
