تحت عنوان " الهرمينوطيقا والحجاج" يقد الكاتب عمارة الناصر مقاربة لتأويلية بول ريكو، وجاء الاختيار لهذا الفيلسوف – وقفاً للكاتب – لاعتبار أساسي هو أنه مثال على تجلي الوظيفة التاريخية للفلسفة وانتفاحها على خارجها وغناها بالوسائل البلاغية والمواضع الحجاجية؛ ففلسفته تأويل ينطلق من مشكلات الواقع وهواجسه، وأزمات التاريخ وعيوبه، ليعود الواقع نفسه مقترحاً إجابات فلسفية ترتبط بالقانون، السياسة، العنف، الأخلاق، الذاكرة، العدالة، الخير، إلخ.. وفي هذا التأويل الفلسفي تبرز بوضوح الفعالية البلاغية ورهانها الحجاجي بوصفه إقناعاً؛ إذ إن الأنظمة السياسية والقيم الاجتماعية والأنساق الثقافية هي قناعات تحولت، عبر الاتفاق الضمني حول مضمون النصوص التي تحملها، إلى معايير وقواعد للعمل والممارسة.
في الكتاب يشتغل عمارة الناصر، على البحث في العقل الحجاجي للتأويلية داخل نسق اللغة الطبيعية (الخطاب التأويلي لديكور)، أي على تحليل العلاقة بين التأويل بوصفه خطاباً (حجاجياً) والحجاج بوصفه ممارسة (تأويلية)، حيث تقف وراء كل خيار تأويلي حجة هي موضع لاستقطاب الآخر، كما يقف وراء كل حجاج تأويل هو نقل أنطولوجي للذات عبر اللغة، وبهذا المعنى تمثل هرمينوطيقا ريكو مشروعاً من أجل استعارة الذات في تعدد تأويلاتها.. أو إقامة الحجة على الآخر عبر الخطاب وهو ما يعني استنفاذ المواضع العقلانية المتاحة في اللغة وتحقيق شرط إفهامه بالمستوى الذي يدفعه إلى الفعل المشترك بين الذات والآخر.. ففي الحجاجية – يلخص الكاتب – بحث عن الاعتراف الذي هو شرط ضمني في الحوار والتفاهم والمحادثة والتناص، كما أن الخطاب حجة بنفسه، ولذلك فإن صناعة الخطاب هي صناعة الحضارة، وإنتاج البعد الحجاجي فيه هو إنتاج التارخ الشاهد على الحضارة، وإقامة الحجة هي إقامة الخطاب الذي يحمل أبعاد الإنسان الفاعل في تاريخه.
